A day at Occupational therapy

Here is some of what Joey experiences at occupational therapy...
Working with hand strength stretching a very stiff pack of putty. Also, sitting on a balance ball to work his core strength while working with his hands.
Working in the ball pit. This helps with sensory issues he has but also helps core strength by moving about in an unlevel area.

Working on the balance board. This has a rounded bottom that tilts with movement. He was bending to pick up bean bag animals and throwing them on a swing in front of him. This helps with vastibular movement, balance and many areas that I don't know much about! Ha! :)
